Gentle Yoga & Meditation

The Friends of the Kilbourn Public Library are sponsoring a FREE, 4-week introductory beginner/intermediate yoga class with Kristen Kloostra to help you relax and reset for autumn. The class will be held on the first four Wednesdays in October beginning on October 3rd. Classes will be held from 5:30 - 6:30pm. Bring a yoga mat, and a light blanket or throw if possible. Please arrive early to sign up and get settled.
