Searching for Sylvie Lee by Jean Kwok. Our March novel begins with a mystery. Sylvie, the beautiful, brilliant, successful older daughter of the Lee family vanishes following a trip to the Netherlands. Amy, the sheltered baby of the family, is determined to find out what happened to her. The answers don't come easy and family secrets are revealed. This book is described as a poignant and suspenseful drama that untangles the complicated ties binding the women of this Chinese immigrant family.
