Assistance is available at the Kilbourn Public Library for Medicare Open Enrollment to review or enroll in 2023 Part D or Advantage Plan. The Elder Benefit Specialist from Columbia County will meet with Columbia County residents over the phone or by appointment. Appointments are available for November 15 between 9 am - 2 pm.
